Massbond.com is a subsidiary insurance company partnering with licensed sureties across 49 states. Their mission is to deliver a stand-alone web solution that helps make the process of obtaining a surety bond as easy and cost-efficient as possible while offering a superior level of service.

In collaboration with Boston Omaha Corp and General Indemnity Group, I worked on modernizing their Massbond.com brand. The primary objective of the re-design was to deliver a fresh new experience and online identity that would help speak to today’s market audience that was shopping around for the best surety bond deals.
My role as a hired design consultant was to help art direct and deliver a new Massbond.com experience. I lead the design of all responsive marketing pages, surety bond template pages, and white-label e-commerce checkout experience that included a final style guide/component library that could work on Boston Omaha Corp's and General Indemnity Group's other subsidiary sites as well.
I delivered a new creative direction, improved the user experience, and designed a fully responsive design system elevating interface design with a clean, content-orientated approach focused on growing SEO organic search traffic for Massbond experience.
In parallel with the marketing website experience for the Massbond.com, I steadily worked towards a white-label design system for the surety bond application and checkout experience; a collection of building blocks we could re-use for Boston Omaha Corp and General Indemnity Group other subsidiary sites.
The design system had to be consistent, responsive, future-proof, and easily customizable in case of the not-unlikely scenario of the addition of more application questions that would need to be required later on.
